From Day 1, fostering a ‘Love of Reading’ was integral to the ongoing success of Canada’s best known bookstore, Indigo Books and Music!
In order to help promote and strengthen that love, Emerston Group managed a national multimillion-dollar CRM (customer relationship management) initiative to design, develop, and launch Indigo’s new “plum rewards” loyalty program.
It was a massive win by every metric…the project implemented on time and under budget, and was deemed a huge success by all stakeholders. It grew quickly to the second-largest Loyalty program in the country.
