Nigel Oliveira is the President and Founder of Emerston Group.

Project Management is more than a job to me…it’s a passion.

More specifically, it’s about delivering ‘Quality of Life’ results, with the goal of making people’s lives happier and healthier.

I’m an award-winning Project Manager, bringing over two decades of strong business, technology, and leadership experience to every client engagement.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have led dozens of high-profile projects within multiple industries, incorporating various products, on a number of different platforms.

My expertise extends beyond traditional Project Management; it includes an understanding of how group dynamics, organizational culture, and the external environment will impact an initiative. This may mean wearing additional hats, such as diplomat, translator (i.e. across organizational functions), and mediator. This approach inevitably leads to superior results for clients.

I have coached and mentored many new Project Managers; sometimes through a formal ‘Project Management Institute’ program, other times in an on-the-job environment.
